📝 Ingredients (8–9 rolls)
- 3 cups (375g) all-purpose flour
- 1 cup (240ml) warm milk (not hot)
- 2 tbsp melted butter or oil
- 1 large egg
- 1 tbsp instant yeast (7–10g)
- ½ tsp salt
- 1 tbsp powdered milk (optional, for extra softness)

🔹 If you want a slight natural sweetness, you can add 1 tbsp honey (optional).
👩🍳 Instructions
- Activate yeast (optional but recommended)
Mix warm milk + yeast. Let sit 5–10 minutes until slightly foamy. - Mix ingredients
In a bowl, combine flour, salt, powdered milk.
Add egg, butter, and milk mixture. - Knead
Knead 8–10 minutes until soft and elastic.
(If sticky, add 1 tbsp flour at a time.) - First rise
Cover and let rise 1–1.5 hours until doubled in size. - Shape
Divide into 8–9 equal balls.
Place in a greased baking dish close together. - Second rise
Cover and let rise 30–45 minutes. - Bake
Brush with milk or egg wash.
Bake at 180°C (350°F) for 18–22 minutes until golden. - Soft finish trick
Brush with a little butter right after baking and cover with a clean towel for 10 minutes.
