⭐ Tips for the Best Garlic Butter Potatoes
Use baby Yukon Gold or baby red potatoes for the best texture.
Avoid cutting the potatoes too small, or they may become mushy.
For extra garlic flavor, add another 1–2 cloves during the last hour of cooking.
Want crispy edges? Transfer the cooked potatoes to a baking sheet and broil for 3–5 minutes before serving.
Add grated Parmesan at the end for an extra-rich version.
🍽️ What to Serve With
