Quick 10-Minute Apple Pancake Buns

🧾 Ingredients
3 medium apples (peeled and grated)
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 tablespoon sugar (adjust to taste)
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 egg
½ cup milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)
A pinch of salt
Oil or butter for frying

Prepare the Apples
Peel and grate the apples finely. If they are very juicy, lightly squeeze out excess liquid.
Mix the Batter
In a bowl, combine the grated apples, egg, milk, and vanilla extract. Mix well.
