Ingredients
- 3 very ripe bananas
- 2 eggs
- 100 g (½ cup) sugar
- 80 ml (⅓ cup) vegetable oil or melted butter
- 200 g (1½ cups) flour
- 1 tsp baking soda or baking powder
- 1 tsp vanilla (optional)
- A pinch of salt
Instructions
- Mash the bananas in a bowl until smooth.
- Add eggs, sugar, and oil, then mix well.
- Add flour, baking soda, vanilla, and salt. Stir until combined.
- Pour the batter into a greased loaf pan.
- Bake at 180°C (350°F) for about 40–50 minutes.
- Let it cool, then slice and enjoy.
