Creamy Baked Chicken with Cheese

Ingredients:
4–6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
Salt & pepper (to taste)
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp paprika
1 cup heavy cream (or half-and-half)
1/2 cup chicken broth
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
2–3 cloves garlic (minced)
Fresh parsley (for garnish)
👩‍🍳 Instructions:
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Season the chicken with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
Arrange in a baking dish in a single layer.
Make the sauce:
In a bowl, mix heavy cream, chicken broth, and minced garlic.
Pour over the chicken.
Add cheese:
Sprinkle mozzarella and Parmesan evenly over the top.
Bake for 30–40 minutes, until chicken is cooked through and the top is golden and bubbly.
Garnish with fresh parsley and serve warm.
💡 Tips:
You can add mushrooms or spinach for variation.
Serve with rice, pasta, or crusty bread to soak up that creamy sauce.
