Instructions
- Cook the Beef
Heat a skillet over medium heat. Add the ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it apart with a spoon as it cooks. Season with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Cook until fully done, then drain excess grease if needed and let it cool slightly. - Make the Sauce
