Bay leaves have long been used in traditional beauty routines due to their antioxidant-rich compounds. While they are not a substitute for medical cosmetic treatments, a simple bay leaf face mask may help leave the skin feeling refreshed and nourished.

Note
There is no scientific evidence that bay leaves are “100,000 times more powerful than Botox” or that they can produce Botox-like results. This recipe is intended as a traditional skincare treatment that may help moisturize and refresh the skin.
