Serving Suggestions

Serve this Salisbury steak with creamy mashed potatoes, white rice, egg noodles, or your favorite steamed vegetables. Spoon plenty of the rich onion gravy over the top for the best flavor.

Recipe Tips

  • Avoid overmixing the ground beef mixture so the patties stay tender.
  • For the best texture, cook the steaks on LOW rather than HIGH.
  • Let the steaks rest for a few minutes before serving.
