A creamy white chocolate fudge filled with colorful gumdrops—an old-fashioned holiday favorite!
Ingredients
3 cups white chocolate chips
1 can (14 oz / 395 g) sweetened condensed milk
1 tbsp butter
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 cups red and green gumdrops, cut into small pieces
2 tbsp powdered sugar (for coating gumdrops)
Instructions
Line an 8-inch (20 cm) square baking pan with parchment paper.
Cut the gumdrops into bite-sized pieces and toss them with the powdered sugar. This helps prevent them from sticking together.
In a medium saucepan over low heat, combine the white chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, and butter. Stir continuously until smooth and melted.
Remove from heat and stir in the vanilla extract.
Allow the mixture to cool for 3–5 minutes, then gently fold in the gumdrops.
Pour the mixture into the prepared pan and spread evenly.
Refrigerate for at least 3 hours, or until completely firm.
Lift the fudge from the pan and cut into small squares.
