1 egg

For Topping:
1 egg yolk + 1 tablespoon milk (for egg wash)

- Activate the Yeast
In a bowl, combine warm milk, sugar, and yeast. Stir gently and let it sit for 5–10 minutes until foamy. - Prepare the Dough
Add the egg, flour, and salt to the yeast mixture. Mix until a dough forms, then knead for about 5–7 minutes until smooth. - Add Butter
Incorporate the softened butter and continue kneading for another 8–10 minutes until the dough becomes soft, elastic, and slightly sticky. - First Rise
Place the dough in a lightly greased bowl, cover, and let it rise in a warm place for 1–1.5 hours, or until doubled in size. - Shape the Rolls
Punch down the dough and divide it into 4 equal portions. Shape each into a log and place them side-by-side in a greased baking dish. - Second Rise
Cover and let the shaped dough rise again for 30–45 minutes until puffy. - Egg Wash & Topping
Brush the tops with the egg wash and sprinkle sesame seeds on top. - Bake
