For the Dough (2 Ingredients)
2 cups (250 g) all-purpose flour
1 cup (240 g) plain yogurt (Greek or regular)

Jam (strawberry, apricot, etc.)

1 egg (beaten)
1 tbsp milk

  1. Make the Dough
    In a mixing bowl, combine flour and yogurt.
    Mix until a soft dough forms.
    Knead lightly for 2–3 minutes until smooth.
    Cover and let it rest for 10 minutes.
  2. Shape the Mini Pies
    Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).
    Divide dough into small balls (golf-ball size).
    Flatten each ball into a small circle.
  3. Fill & Seal
    Place a spoonful of your chosen filling in the center.
    Fold the dough over and seal edges tightly, or cover with another small circle to form a mini pie.
    Place into greased muffin molds or on a baking tray.
  4. Brush & Bake
    Mix egg and milk, then brush over the tops.
    Bake for 20–25 minutes, or until golden brown.
