100 ml milk
80–100 g mozzarella cheese (grated)
6 slices of bread
3 slices cheddar cheese
3 slices ham

Prepare the egg mixture
In a bowl, whisk together:
Eggs
Milk
Salt
Assemble the sandwiches
Take 3 slices of bread and place:
1 slice cheddar cheese
1 slice ham
Cover each with another slice of bread (like a sandwich).
Cut into triangles
Slice each sandwich diagonally into 2 triangles.
Add mozzarella topping
Place sandwiches on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
Sprinkle grated mozzarella generously on top.
Pour egg mixture
Lightly pour or brush the egg mixture over the sandwiches so they soak slightly.
Bake
Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) for 15–20 minutes,
until cheese is melted and golden.
