Savory Garlic-Infused Chicken Lo Mein with Vibrant Stir-Fried Vegetables

Ingredients:

8 oz lo mein noodles
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
2 chicken breasts, thinly sliced
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup broccoli florets
1/2 cup carrots, julienned
1/2 cup bell peppers, sliced
3 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon oyster sauce
1 tablespoon hoisin sauce
1 teaspoon sesame oil
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
2 green onions, chopped

Directions:

Cook lo mein noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
Heat 1 tablespoon oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
Add sliced chicken and cook for 4–5 minutes until golden and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
In the same pan, add remaining oil and sauté garlic until fragrant (about 30 seconds).
Add broccoli, carrots, and bell peppers. Stir-fry for 3–4 minutes until crisp-tender.
Return the cooked chicken to the pan.
In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, oyster sauce, hoisin sauce, sesame oil, brown sugar, and black pepper.
Pour the sauce over the chicken and vegetables, stirring well to coat.
Add cooked noodles and toss everything together until evenly combined and heated through.
Garnish with chopped green onions and serve hot.
