- 2 cups fresh or frozen cranberries

- Spread cranberries evenly in the dish. Sprinkle a little sugar over them.
- In a bowl, whisk eggs and sugar until smooth.
- Add milk, melted butter, and vanilla, mixing well.
- Stir in flour and salt until you get a smooth batter.
- Pour batter over cranberries—they’ll float slightly.
- Bake for 40–50 minutes, until golden and set in the center.
- Let cool slightly, then dust with sugar if desired.
