Garlic Butter Roasted Brussels Sprouts

These garlic butter roasted Brussels sprouts are a perfect combination of crispy, caramelized edges and tender insides, making them a must-try dish for any sprout lover!
Ingredients:
1 lb Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
3 tbsp unsalted butter
3 cloves garlic, minced
Salt and pepper to taste
1 tbsp olive oil
Optional: grated Parmesan cheese for topping
Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
In a large bowl, toss the halved Brussels sprouts with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
Spread the Brussels sprouts evenly on a baking sheet in a single layer.
Roast in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.
Meanwhile, melt butter in a small skillet over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes, until fragrant.
Once the Brussels sprouts are roasted, drizzle the garlic butter over them and toss to coat.
